Samantha has been in the real estate industry since 1995 when she was first licensed in Louisiana. She subsequently became licensed the state of Virginia in 1998 after her husband’s military transfer and then in her home state of Texas after several years subsequently working in the mortgage industry, in 2010. With a wide range of experience from lending to residential and even commercial real estate, Samantha has gained vast knowledge of both industries.
